Shipping, Build Time, Warranty, and Further Notes:
1. Build Time: Please note that the complete system in England is only built upon your order. The core components are collected and tested for their individual suitability beforehand. Subsequently, the finished PC system is tested for one hundred percent stability at maximum overclocking settings. Only then can shipping occur. Therefore, the delivery time is at least 21 days, but it can also increase during peak times. However, our customer service will keep you informed about the current status of your order. Shipping for 8Pack systems is mostly done via freight forwarding, but it can also be done by another shipping service provider if necessary. In the case of shipping via freight forwarding, a delivery date will be scheduled by phone before delivery, and a slightly longer transport time compared to parcel service providers is to be expected.
2. Warranty: The 8Pack systems come with a 24-month warranty. The condition for claiming the warranty is that there is a technical defect in the PC system that is not due to improper use of the hardware by the user and that was initially discussed with a Caseking technician. In addition, the delivered system must not be modified, and an independent UEFI/BIOS update should be avoided, as the full functionality cannot be guaranteed with a different UEFI/BIOS. Furthermore, the famous tech wisdom applies: Never touch a running system!
3. Custom Order: The images of the computer system are only an example configuration. The PC with the actual configuration desired by the customer is only built after the order is placed. Depending on your individual selection and the availability of the individual PC components, the delivered computer may differ from the images. In any case, you will receive a professionally and carefully assembled PC system, which you can proudly present anytime due to the well-matched hardware and high-quality components - because here, nothing is standard!
