The Kolink PCIe 5.0 x16 Riser Cable with 180° Angle in Detail
This cable allows you to strategically extend the PCI-Express-x16 slot on a motherboard. With backward compatibility to previous PCIe generations and most Kolink cases, this cable effortlessly connects your graphics card and motherboard with data transfer speeds of up to 32 GT/s.
In modding projects or cases deviating from the standard ATX norm, it can be necessary or beneficial to place PCI-Express expansion cards in unconventional locations. The outer material is made of TPE and has flexible segments that facilitate gentle bends. A particular advantage of a riser cable is the ability to vertically position graphics cards, for example, allowing them to be mounted parallel to the motherboard. This enables the cooler on the card to be fully showcased.
