The perfect mix: SFX-L form factor

With the SFX-L Power power supply unit, be quiet! relies on the compact SFX-L form factor, which eliminates one of the few disadvantages of the classic SFX format by slightly increasing the length of the PSU. This measure allows a larger and quieter 120mm fan to fit into the compact power supply unit instead of the often too fast-spinning 80 mm fan. The result is a powerful SFX-L power supply unit with an extremely high continuous power of 600 Watts and a quiet fan that controls its speed depending on the load.

Thanks to the SFX-L format, the SFX-L Power is primarily intended for mini cases, but still stands out due to its extensive range of connections and offers very high performance in minimal dimensions. However, due to its depth of 12.5 cm, compatibility with the desired case must be checked before purchase. The PSU can also be mounted in ATX cases using the included replacement bracket.

Fully modular cable management & 80 PLUS Gold efficiency

The installation of the power supply unit in small cases is made particularly convenient by the excellent cable management, as the device is fully modular and comes with detachable flat cables for a customised connection setup. The power supply unit's extremely high efficiency of an average of 86.5% - 89.5% has been awarded the 80 PLUS Gold certificate and ensures that only relatively little electrical energy is converted into heat. Instead of a repeatedly split 12V line, this version features a powerful single rail with a strong 50 amperes and offers various protection functions. The individually attachable connections highlight the power of the power supply unit: In addition to 20+4-pin and 4+4-pin connectors, there are even four 6+2-pin PCI Express connectors available. Peripherals such as HDDs or burners are supplied via six SATA connectors and three 4-pin Molex connectors.

Das be quiet! SFX L Power eignet sich bestens für kompakte Gaming-PCs, bei denen Wert auf einen leisen Betrieb gelegt wird. Der leise Betrieb wird durch den 120-mm-Lüfter ermöglicht, der deutlich ruhiger ist als die 80-mm-Lüfter herkömmlicher SFX-Netzteile. Allerdings musste be quiet! das Netzteil etwas länger gestalten, um den Lüfter im Gehäuse unterzukriegen. Daher sollte vor dem Kauf genau abgemessen werden, ob das Gehäuse genug Platz für das Netzteil bietet. Gut gefallen uns zudem die komplett abnehmbaren Kabel, was gerade bei kleinen Gehäusen ein aufgeräumtes Erscheinungsbild begünstigt. Mit insgesamt vier PCIe-Anschlüssen ist zudem problemlos ein Multi-GPU-Setup möglich. Die im Lieferumfang enthaltene ATX-Blende erlaubt außerdem auch den Einsatz in ATX-Gehäusen.
